3. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes provided via our website or Chat AI are estimates based on standardized parameters. Final pricing is subject to a physical site assessment. Subsidy amounts (such as PM Surya Ghar) are governed by MNRE and KSEB policies, and Solvex Solar is not liable for changes in government schemes.

4. Liability

While we strive for excellence in all our installations, Solvex Solar Solutions shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our installed systems beyond what is covered by explicit warranties.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed under the laws of Kerala, India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala.
